Logistics for a distance mode talk

The simplest interactive way

You will need
  1. A loud speaking telephone that can be heard in the whole room. You may need an amplifier to go with it.
  2. A Windows based PC with PowerPoint.
  3. A PC projector.
You provide the telephone number, I'll dial it at the scheduled time. My ISP provides me with VOIP phone calls to 100 countries as part of the monthly package.

During the talk, the meeting facilitator will advance the slides and when the talk is over, he or she will relay questions from the audience.

The simplest non-interactive way

You will need
  1. A Windows based PC with PowerPoint.
  2. A PC projector.
I'll provide the PowerPoint presentation and an audio MP3 file.

During the talk, the meeting facilitator will advance the slides and when the talk is over, facilitate a discussion.

I'm willing to phone in at a scheduled time to reply to any questions. For those logistics see above.

Other Interactive ways

Let's talk, I'm willing to use whatever system you have available.

All options should contain one rehearsal to make sure of the logistics (risk management).
